Apparel Care Instructions
We highly suggest washing our apparel inside-out, on a delicate cycle and in cold water. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Don’t use too much detergent.
(Read THIS post about why we suggest this).


What Size Should I Buy?
Please refer to size charts in each listing before ordering. Apparel may run on the small side or shrink when dried in hot heat. When in doubt, get the next size up.

Keep in mind our apparel can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. When ordering for little ones, please keep this in mind! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us HERE.


What if I need to change my order?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order! Please send an email to Orders@TheStilesStudios.com and put ‘URGENT CHANGE ORDER’ in the email subject line. While we can’t guarantee we will be able to change it before it ships, we will certainly try to help you!


When will I get my order?
Our current turn around time is 3-4 weeks plus shipping.

Important Shipping Information
All orders process within 3-4 weeks unless noted otherwise. This does not include shipping time! If you would like your order faster, feel free to contact us with your order number. We will do our best to work with your time frame.

Pre-order items will have a time frame for ordering and estimated ship date.

You will be sent an email when your order ships. If you are within the USA or purchased tracking, your tracking number will be included in this email.

The Stiles Studios is not responsible for USPS mistakes, lost or stolen items. If you are concerned about delivery to your address and would like to add insurance, please upgrade your shipping accordingly at checkout.

If you upgrade your shipping, you are responsible for recovering your Insurance. We will do our best to find your package from our end and help in any way we can.


USA Shipping
Our standard shipping method is through the US Postal Service. All USA orders include Tracking, but is not insured if lost or stolen. Please consider upgrading to Priority Mail if you would like $50 Insurance or to receive your package sooner.

Estimated Delivery: 2-5 Business Days (Does not include processing time)


International Shipping
All International orders are shipped First Class via the US Postal Service. They do not include tracking outside the US. If you would like to add tracking to your package, please upgrade your order at checkout.

Estimated Delivery: 10 -16 Business Days (Does not include processing time)

The Stiles Studios is not responsible for any VAT (value added tax) by Customs on overseas shipping. This can occur in some counties. You are responsible for checking with your customs department in advance to assess how much this will cost you at the time of delivery.


Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?
If you’re purchasing inside the US, Yes Tracking is included with your USPS package.

All International orders are shipped First Class via the US Postal Service. They do not include tracking outside the US.  If you would like to add tracking to your package, please upgrade your order at checkout.

You will get a shipment confirmation email with all of the details. If you can’t find that email, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! Just email us at Orders@TheStilesStudios.com. We will get your tracking information and send it over as soon as possible!


Can I expedite the shipping on my order?
Sure can! We have expedited shipping options at checkout. If for any reason you need something even more rushed, send us an inquiry at Orders@TheStilesStudios.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!


Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not happy, please review our policy below.

To receive a refund or exchange on our apparel, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. Returns will only be accepted in original condition with original packaging. Not washed or worn.

After inspection, a full refund (less the cost of shipping) will be issued in the original payment method. Exchanges will be honored as long as the item you wish to purchase is still in stock. Customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. No shipping costs will be refunded.   A refund or exchange will be processed after the item/s are returned in original conduction. Refunds will be for purchase price only. Custom Orders & Personalized items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Please refer to sizing chart on each listing and note that our apparel runs on the small side – so when in doubt, get the next size up.

Colors may appear different based on your monitor/screen settings – Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

All sales are final on Custom Products, International Orders, Clearance Items and Black Friday Sales.

Please note – Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our teething products. Thank you for understanding.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed onto my credit card?
We want to get your money back to you as quickly as possible. We will issue a refund to your credit card within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on the type of credit card used, it may take anywhere from 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
